Meet Finoverse Leadership Team

Anthony founded Finoverse in 2015 and Hong Kong FinTech Club in 2017 to meet the growing demand in the FinTech industry. He has over 20 years of experience in event management, communication and media in Asia and Europe.

As the Co-founder of Finoverse, Vila is responsible for government relations, event management and company operation. She has designed and organised 50+ events in 8 years. Vila also works closely with key FinTech stakeholders, such as banks, VCs, associations and universities.

Alison joined Finoverse in 2015 and has been leading the business development team for all projects since then. She has successfully brought in over 1,000 clients from 20+ countries from various industries, including banking, technology, legal, and consulting professionals.

Kris is a Web3 & Crypto leader with over 7 years of experience building communities and partnerships around innovative technologies and cutting-edge tech businesses. She builds the new Web3 venture arm for Finoverse, and oversees and develops company’s growth engagement initiatives in the Web3 space globally, aiming to drive and promote adoption for the industry.

Leveraging over 8 years of experience in event production and trade show management, Fred served as stage manager for HKFTW 2022, overseeing all production elements to ensure seamless execution. He also managed the Finoverse Arabia VIP Tour, providing concierge services as part of the event coordination team.

Hannah has over 12 years of experience working on large-scale international business events, in the UK and Asia. At Finoverse she leads on the Global Fast Track Programme which connects tech companies with corporates and investors through a range of business growth activities, supporting them to scale in Asia. She also leads the International Delegation Programme, bringing exciting global tech companies to exhibit and speak at Hong Kong FinTech Week x StartmeupHK.

Sandra spearheaded the launch of Genesis by Finoverse in 2024, a private initiative for next-gen family businesses and family office principals. She continues to be involved in the project on an advisory basis. Previously, Sandra worked in both luxury editorial and hospitality, and contributed to the content curation for a Zurich-based family office conference.

Paul is a seasoned business developer with expertise in FinTech, Technology, and Hospitality. At Finoverse, he enhances productivity with AI and database management, bringing a global perspective and a passion for driving growth.
